Triangle Family Dentistry

I have been going to this location for over a year and have been very happy with the care that I have received. In my past (other dentists) I had had 2 failed implants so I was hesitant about further treatments. Dr. Chang was very reassuring and explained an alternative treatment. I went with her recommendation and got a bridge. The process was not painful and Dr. Chang was very detail oriented to ensure that it fit perfectly and arranged follow ups to make any adjustments. I really appreciated how thorough she was and definitely felt well cared for. This practice has always been able to fit me into appointments quickly and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to wait for my insurance to kick back in a month after a root canal, but its ended up stretching longer because this location is very busy. My last visit I was lectured by the dentist about getting the crowns done immediately. I’ve never had a dentist made me feel so small, but I got it and I’m trying but I’m meeting roadblocks I’m trying to get in to have them all done at once, but I can’t get scheduled. I think the receptionists are forgetting about me and I keep following up. Several receptionists call back after I reach our, but I have to keep repeating the same instructions and its days before they call back, in which the cycle repeats and I have to explain I want them all done on the same day due to dental anxiety. This has gone on for weeks. The dentist was very passionate that I couldn’t wait, but I can’t get on his calendar. Maybe he just doesn’t want to do 3 crowns at once? Because they keep calling back saying he has time for 2 with new dates. At this point, I’m now looking for a new dentist that has time. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use this location if you need lengthy procedures in short timelines.

Clean, professional office with friendly staff. It’s on the second floor. Stairs and elevator available. Free parking. No problems with my insurance. The dental staff made recommendations, but didn’t pressure me into buying unnecessary products or treatments. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby!

I lived in three states. This is the first time I have decided to switch a dental clinic (Triangle Family Dentistry, Davis drive). Worst service ever! They acted unprofessional with basic teeth cleaning (twice) and diagnostics. They cleaned the teeth very very very very fast and caused severe sensitivity in half of my teeth. They claimed that it is common for teeth cleaning!!! They totally ruined my teeth. I tried to contact the manager but never got a response. The people at the front desk are very nice though.

I have been very pleased with the experience with Triangle Family Dentistry, Cary Park location. Ashley was very efficient at her tasks of X-ray and teeth cleaning. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I had barely any wait time and my appointment for cleaning lasted as was expected. Overall, a great experience.
