Honestly the treatment my mother has received at the practice in Knightdale is the worst. She has been working with Dr. Tawfik (he’s amazing), but the office staff is below par. Every week the have to reschedule or cancel her appointment which she has to be sedated for. So I have to take off work and so does she for these appointments. Today it was an emergency at the practice. Last week it was a scheduling conflict. Before the Dr. was out of town. On top of that there are new staff in the office every week. The lady I talked to today said she just started on Monday -_- so she has no idea about the hot mess that goes on once you enter those doors. My advice: find an office that takes better care of their patients.

On 6-15-2020 I was searching around online for another Pediatric Dentist for my son, because his previous Dentist no longer accepted his insurance and also, unbeknownst to me the cut off age was 6 years old. After, searching through several Dentists and reading the reviews I came across Dr. Riccobene’s Practice. After, reading the reviews I called to see if they took my son’s insurance in which they did and I scheduled an appointment. The young lady on the phone by the name of Heather was very professional, friendly and helpful which made my decision to go ahead with this practice even easier even with it being in another County. Fast forward to today 6-16-2020 my son’s appointment and I couldn’t be any happier at the service that we received. Brooke, Dr. Rob and once again Heather was amazing. There was another young lady that helped us too, but I didn’t get her name and she was amazing as well. They all took their time to explain everything and was willing to answer any questions that you may have. We weren’t rushed nor treated as if we were just another patient, which means a LOT. If you are looking for a dentist look no further than Dr. Riccobene and Practice in Garner NC. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work you all.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled today and had such a wonderful experience! My dentist was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend him for anyone needing dental work done! Dr. Christian Anderson was kind, gentle, thorough, patient and so much more. I also want to brag on his nurse, Kelly! She too was so patient with me, and made my experience very lighthearted. She helped set my mind at ease and was so so sweet. I had never had any major work done on my teeth before, so I went in a little anxious. Dr. Anderson took his time with me.. through all of my questions and concerns, and made me feel so so comfortable. I wasn’t worried in the slightest with these two, and I was right! Im doing just fine and couldn’t have asked for a better team. I’m so grateful for Dr. Anderson and my nurse Kelly. I’m praying blessings over the both of them and thanking God for such a wonderful experience. I won’t go to anyone else for any oral surgery work again, ever. I felt very taken care of, and he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had! (And I’ll always request Kelly too!:))

Absolutely the most horrific dental experience I’ve ever had. The dentist refused to numb me while placing a crown, even though I was visibly shaking and crying in pain. I laid there having a full blown panic attack and they just did not care. I will never, ever walk foot in that office again. The dental assistant who appeared to be new and unsure at all what she was doing even apologized for the pain on the way out, making it very apparent they were aware of the discomfort and pain I was in and that they just do not care. They would rather get you in and out instead of properly care for the comfort of the patient.
