Company policy of rescheduling an appointment do to illness! My 16yr old son had an appointment to have some teeth removed on a today but had gotten sick an was throwing up what he had in his stomach. I called the office to reschedule his abstraction surgery the receptionist said that it was company policy that being it is short notice, that cant reschedule him. She did say she could put him on a short notice list and maybe they could get him in that way. How can you do short notice if you have to not eat 24hrs prior and how can you prevent getting sick? Great doctor, he did my daughter but POOR policy!!! Best advise, don’t get SICK they have NO SIMPATHY!!!

Great experience - Upon calling the receptionist was friendly and I was given an appointment for consultation the very next day. The office staff was friendly and professional and the wait time was wonderful - only five minutes. The dental assistant went out of her way to make me comfortable and make sure she accurately understood my medical situation. Dr. Cusumano was AWESOME. He helped me find a solution to complicated oral issues that completely suited my needs (even better than I expected), and he unexpectedly and proactively suggested things to help minimize cost, rather than maximizing his profit. He kindly alleviated my fears and made sure I understood every aspect of the surgery I had decided to undergo (and is able to perform this surgery less than a week from now!). Working with Dr. Cusumano and Staff is a wonderful experience.
