Nicole at the front desk is awesome. I had previously scheduled with Triangle implant center but their customer service was disgusting. Nicole despite being new was very polite, informative, and put my already anxious and stressed mind at ease. She is a great addition to this team. Thank you so much for you patience, personality and care.

The assistant that checked me in was very friendly and accommodating, the Oral Surgeon that provided information regarding my upcoming extractions was extremely friendly as well. Check out was the problem, it was then where I found out that my insurance was not in the network. The lady who checked me out, became a little confrontational. Insisting that she informed me that my insurance wasn’t in the network when the appointmentwas made... my question is how would you know if you did not receive my insurance card/ information until after I was seen !!. 95.00 just to talk to me for 15 min . Training on customer service/etiquette is definitely needed. However the woman who checked me in deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since I was at a higher risk of nerve damage, I had two coronectomies (removal of the crowns of my bottom two wisdom teeth) done here. My consult with Dr. Englehardt was thorough and I greatly appreciated his down to earth attitude and conservative approach. They also had to do an additional x-ray to get a better picture of the nerves and we were not charged for it. On the day of my surgery, I was incredibly nervous and the front desk staff and surgery assistants did a wonderful job of answering my last minute questions and putting my mind at ease. Surgery went as smoothly as I could have imagined and I felt nearly normal the rest of the day. I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol/Advil and recovery was much easier than anticipated. If I ever need to have oral surgery again, I will definitely be coming here.

The staff from the front desk, to the doctors are nothing short of amazing. They truly take pride in making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Englehardt did an amazing job my case complex case and recovery was not bad at all because the office made sure I had everything I need to recovery properly and quickly. I highly recommend should you need any type of oral surgery!!

Dr. Vande Berg and his staff are amazing! I went here to have my wisdom tooth pulled and they were so friendly and nice. They were able to fit me in right away due to my level of pain and I am so thankful. I was greeted at the front desk by Carla who was extremely friendly. The consultation went great, Dr. Vande Berg himself sat down with me and explained everything that was going to happen. Ms. Judy at the check out desk was so friendly to explain what the charges would be. During the procedure the nurse was so kind and friendly which helped with my nerves. The procedure went very smooth and I would highly recommend Cary Oral Surgery to anyone.
