I am truly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Erin and her team at Carolina Orthodontics & Children’s Dentistry. What sets this practice apart is their child-centered approach. Dr. Erin took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy for my son to understand, which greatly alleviated any anxiety he had about his appointments. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a positive experience from start to finish. I am so thankful for this team. For years my daughter has had traumatic experiences at dental offices and we’ve tried everything under the sun to help ease that anxiety. During our first visit with this practice and Dr. Erin, she addressed these concerns in a very caring and non-judgmental way. Her game plan to take care of our daughter and give her a positive experience has really exceeded my expectations. The entire team is so patient and really goes out of their way to give their undivided attention and care. Absolutely recommend!

Today was our second visit with Dr. Erin and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment you walk through the door Kristin makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Every person we have seen is so kind and patient with our young toddler. We truly can’t recommend Dr. Erin and the rest of the staff enough!

My 8 yo daughter had her first extraction on two of her canine teeth. It went very well. My daughter wanted to try without the nitrous oxide; while she was a little nervous she did amazingly well thanks to Dr. Erin and Ms. April’s amazing care and attention. They talked to my daughter through it all to help her understand what was happening and helped her feel comfortable. Overall a very positive experience. We have been coming to this office for about a year and a half. Highest recommendations.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Erin Tilton and staff, they are kind, efficient and make the kids feel comfortable. Love the new office! It is beautiful, clean, spacious and they took all three of the kids at the same time!! Three kids cleaning, x rays and check ups in under 45 minutes, a mom’s dream...Much easier to get in and out of too in terms of traffic. Wish there were 10 stars in this rating...
