Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Durham Miami Blvd.

Enjoyed my cleaning, but the dentist went too deep while doing a filling which cause extreme tooth sensitivity. I ended up needing a root canal---they wanted to charge fees for services my insurance wouldn’t cover. When questioned, the fee was "waived’. I still had to pay over a $1000 for their mistake. 3 months after my crown placement, I receive another bill for $80. I’ve called several times inquiring about the balance . No one has followed up. I paid the balance but will never step foot in this location again.

They are great with availability. They do one thing root canals which left me with needing to go back to the dentist for a cap. I’m fully covered yet I still needed to give them my card twice for payments that should of gone through insurance and weeks later still haven’t received that refund. They didn’t bother billing both my insurance companies They just assumed I had the funds available to give them money on sight. Both insurance companies would of given them the full balance they asked me for. My dentist still hasn’t heard from them in regards to this tooth they said I need another root canal on. They are the only place that takes all my insurances and unfortunately will have to be on the look out for others bc I can’t afford Lane even with two fully covering insurance

Refreshing to be greeted by a smiling face at reception. Then, we met with the dental hygienist, Heidi, who is great with children and patiently explained everything to my very inquisitive toddler. She made sure to approach everything with patience, care and worked at the pace my child was comfortable with. We later met with Dr. Tori who is extremely personable and gentle. A great first cleaning for my child. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience this morning at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry. I was greeted with a warm smile and my visit continued to exceed my expectations. The Dental Assistant John and Dr Park were professional and patient with my questions and concerns. I am a new patient and look forward to continuing my treatment with confidence.

when i went in my teeth were dull, yellow, and ugly, however after a quick session with them my teeth left looking beautiful and stunning! would highly reccomend for others
