I would love to give this place five stars because my children love it. However, I made a full payment in cash and they sent me a bill saying I only paid 20 cents. NOBODY would just pay that on a bill over $200. After going back-and-forth for months they kept telling me that my report was stuck in emails. They finally told me on the phone that it was fixed and it is now showing up on my credit report and on my insurance as unpaid. After making calls and asking where my money went, no one could give me an answer. I have to take further steps at this point and it’s frustrating and mentally draining. I want to note that this is happened twice at the same location and the first time it was no problem but the second one has not been resolved. I highly recommend not paying in cash here. Instead of having concern on where my money went, they got on me about why I would leave without a receipt when the person in the front literally told me that everything was good and to have a nice day. Ironically, I was told that person doesn’t work in the front that handled these payments both times anymore yet there is no sign of wanting to resolve the issue. Lesson is learned .

5 stars. I was nervous for my 2 y.o. first dental appointment but everyone was great. Made us feel at ease and my kid was very comfortable. No tears or meltdowns and we were done in 30 minutes!

I have never been to a dentist this great before. They are extremely kind and friendly, very clean, organized and just great with kids of all ages. My girls love coming here and we have always walked out happy. They work with us and provide the best care possible.
