Dr Reynolds and his team are amazing! I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist. They were friendly, personable, quick, and painless. They even took the time to explain all the details, which speaks to their knowledge and attentiveness. I could not have gone to a better endo!

Excellent from the office staff to Dr. Reynolds! Very caring, fast, and no pain.I have never had a root canal that wasn’t painful even a little. Next day I didn’t even know I had any work done, I was able to chew like before! Amazing is all I can say!!! A+++++++++++ Thank you!

Sorry so long Was referred here by our dentist. Took a while to get in. Checking in receptionist said had all our paperwork from dentist. As most doctors they ask for ID and insurance so they can have in system. She asked for ID. I said you need insurance card to? She said we have in system, but yes. After called back, did X-ray and dentist came in doing exam of teeth for receptionist to come to door and say, my apologies but we don’t take your insurance, is that okay?! I said no that is not okay! (mind you it took over a month to get in and they had all info and exam had started)The nurse looked at me and said that’s okay don’t worry you are already back here and started. Afterwards go to checkout and they hand me the bill and I let her know what happened and what was said. She calls head of billing up to desk. I tell her, I’m not paying this for mistake you all made when I have insurance. She asked if I could pay some. I let her know that it was nice for the dentist to continue with exam even though and that I would pay 10.00 in which is more than my copay. Then hands me another bill with balance. I asked okay what is this?! I repeated myself again and let her know I was not paying this. It needed to be fixed. She said not to worry she would talk to dentist but in with another patient. Well needless to say they are sending me emails and messages with this balance still. I am repeating myself again to them in email and messages that this was supposed to be taken care of on their end. Message today is if not paid they will be sending to collections. They are planning to send to collections on a patient that is underage. So heads up everyone.

I was very nervous about having to do two Root Canals on my front teeth but they were so friendly in the office it put me at ease. Dr. Reynolds was great, if I have to have it done again I’m coming here for sure.

Awesome folks! From the receptionist to Mel who helped with my procedure and the doctor himself. I am very phobic of dentists and dental work and they were so compassionate and understanding. Very gentle and genuinely concerned for my well-being including helping me decide on the best course of treatment. Everything went great and Mel even showed me the images afterwards! I’d give them ten stars if I could. Dr. Reynolds was awesome. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
