Highly Recommended 2Everyone here is so very kind and knowledgeable. The hygienist Mark is the best you could hope to have. Dr. Patel is very kind and knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and I will be working with her for my plan of treatment. Chiquita helped explain the cost of the treatment options. Again she was knowledgeable, understanding and very kind. Overall a five star experience. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and I was very well taken care of from the receptionist to the technician who took all my x-rays which were way more than my former dentist, along with the hygenist and dentist. I will need work done, but the costs were well explained to me and a payment plan was made. An excellent experience.

I am so happy with the service that was provided by this office, during my dental emergency. When I received my appointment confirmation phone call, I hoped that everyone that I dealt with would be as kind as the woman on the phone. To my pleasure, every single person in this office was just as warm and welcoming as my first phone call. They took the time to address my concerns and were very helpful through the process. I’m so grateful to their office staff. I would highly recommend this Wake Forest location.

I had my first consultation with Aspen today to determine what to do about the deteriorating of my gum and teeth issue. Each and everyone I spoke with was amazing at the Wake Forest, NC location. They were so informative and really concerned about my issue. Everything was explained in a manner that I could understand and I appreciated that. All of the staff at the Wake Forest , NC office made you feel at ease even though most of the time at a dentist office you don’t. Thank you so much!

I was nervous going into the office because of dental procedures being scary to me and it had been some time since my last dentist visit as well as being worried about possible cost. However, the staff (receptionist, billing, management, hygienist, dental assistants, and the dentist) put me at ease with their empathy, knowledge, professionalism, problem solving, and communication with me.
