After of dealing with two adjoining root canals and crowns and finally getting up the nerve to go to another dentist. I was shocked to find out by looking at the x-rays and talking to my new dentist that a large piece of cement was left between the crowns by Digital Denistry. They never felt right, and I could never clean between them properly My calls to the office never resolved anything. An oral surgeon actually gave me basic care tips to get by for years. But now I am faced with bone loss. I have to have one of the root canals extracted (and keep in mind this had a crown on it). This was thousands of dollars and best we can figure out is was because of shotty work and poor communication from the office. So it’s a very expensive tooth extraction and plus bone grafting plus a new implant if the wallet allows. All because of bad workmanship and skill from this dentist and a less than kind customer service oriented or poor business manager/front desk help. I will say the rest of the staff was kind and friendly, but that doesn’t pay the bills. I can, in no way, recommend this business and probably should have reported them. Sure mistakes happen. If so, do everything you can to fix them not dismiss patients.

Most Wonderful people ever in a dentist office. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and my teeth. I have never had any problems with my teeth since I am under their care. Special thanks to everyone in the office. Very good people to work with. Kim is the best hygienist ever. I can’t imagine nor have seen any dentist as good as Dr. Schlotterer. They use the latest techniques to evaluate and perform excellent care of teeth. Sincerely Julia.
