My 5yo is a new patient. The staff is super friendly. My little one loves Dr Wang, you can tell she’s been doing this for some time, it shows. I love the atmosphere and how it is setup to ease kids nerves. They are so easy to work with.

A very good treatment, my children felt very safe. The Dr. took the time to explain the treatment to my son and make him feel safe. And to us as parents she also explained everything very well.

We have been here at least three times with our son and the cleaning and appointment were great. I love how this is a smaller dentist office that only sees 1-2 kids at a time! The reason for only giving them 3 stars is due to the same insurance issues every single visit. My insurance has stayed exactly the same, but each visit we are told fluoride treatments are not covered, when in fact they are covered at 90%. Each visit, I need to look into my coverage, and provide them with the cost sheet (which they should also have access to) and prove my coverage to them. It’s really tiring! If they could fix this they would have 5 stars.

The staff were nice, however I did not have a good experience with Dr. Wang my son appointment was scheduled for 3:30 we walked out of the office at 3:40. She literally spent 5 minutes with my child she did not communicate with me or ask if I had any questions or concerns. Also, this was his first visit at her office. she did not do any x-rays. I was not satisfied! The visit just seemed very rushed. I will not be returning or recommending anyone I know to this office!

Everyone at this office is so friendly and wonderful with children. The staff have been consistently patient and kind to both of my kids. Their services are always thorough and quick, and I always receive good input from the dentist herself. Would highly recommend this practice!
