I recently called this location about having a tooth extracted and I was told that because I cancelled an appointment back in April due to having some personal issues with family and my car I have to pay $50 in order to schedule an appointment. I canceled the appointment early as possible Monday morning because they are closed over the weekend. My appointment wasn’t until Tuesday evening at 3pm. I believe this cancellation policy they have is ridiculous if you have no way to cancel over the weekend. Who schedules for their car to break down or any other emergent situation? The lady on the phone showed no interest in trying to help me. I previously thought this dentist office was a good one because my son went here for dentistry but this has definitely changed my perspective of this place.

Great dentist and orthodontist. I have no words to describe how great the Doctor is and her staff member, they all are amazing. They work with their patient and everybody makes you feel welcomed.
