Absolutely wonderful from the time I walked in to the time I left. You can tell they care about the patients overall wellbeing. The front desk staff is so sweet. Dr. McDougal is literally perfect at the skill he does and the way he explains the entire process before during and after. Highly recommend for root canal procedures.

Horrific tooth pain this Monday morning after a week of increased sensitivity. I was desperate for relief and after my dentist told me I had to see an Endodontics dentist I called Dr. McDougal’s office. The most amazing office staff reassured me and Even though he was booked for the day they would call me back if he could fit me in. Luckily there was a cancellation and I saw him at 10:30. The office staff were wonderful and I got seen and evaluated immediately. Dr. McDougal was calm, professional and thorough. He immediately numbed the pain and proceeded to outline the plan for treatment which required root canal. It was a long but painless procedure and he then explained the post procedure care and return visit for final treatment. His assistant seemed to read his mind and I can only say everything was amazing. I have never had such incredible care! Thank you all at his office for the concern and care you all exhibited.

Dr. McDougal recently did two root canals for me after my primary dentist referred me to him. Both were done flawlessly, he is an extremely qualified professional and his work speaks for itself. The office staff were kind and helpful throughout the whole process, no complaints what-so-ever.

I had a root canal done by Dr. McDougal almost a year ago now. I was afraid at first since I never had one done but I had no pain, it just took a long time (which is typical for root canals apparently). Anyway, when I had my crown placed (and then went back for some adjustments) both dentists I saw were incredibly impressed by Dr. McDougal’s work! Both expressed that it was one of the best root canals they’d seen. If that’s not a good review I don’t know what is. I highly recommend Dr. McDougal and if I needed endodontic treatment again he would be my first call.

Dr. McDougal and everyone that works there are so wonderful. I was able to get an appointment quickly, everyone at the office was so friendly and accommodating, and Dr. McDougal took the time to explain the procedure to me and made me feel at ease. As for the root canal, I didn’t feel any pain and actually fell asleep during the procedure! He also checked on me later that day to make sure I was feeling okay after the root canal. I definitely highly recommend Dr. McDougal!
