My family and I were patients at this practice for about two years. We received quality care from Dr. Douglass, who has left the practice. We are no longer patients of this practice mainly due to the office staff and manager. On a number of occasions, we experienced office staff who were rude either to us directly on the phone or to other patients that we overhear while in the waiting room; for example, the office staff made it difficult for us to schedule or change appointments, making us feel that they were "too booked" to reschedule routine exams, even months in advance. In another instance, we were not receiving bills because we had moved, and the staff member who called me was extremely rude, suggesting that it was our fault that the bill went unpaid, when in fact they never changed my address in their computer after I called with our new address. When I sent a letter to the office manager to express my concerns, this letter went unaddressed. Finally, we were disappointed in the inconsistency of care; for example, Dr. Warthen scheduled my husband for a cavity filling with Dr. Landenberger. When my husband arrived for his appointment, Dr. Landenberger said that the filling was not needed. This was a significant waste of time, especially because my husband had to take off of work for the appointment. Overall, I would not recommend this practice.
