The only reason I rated as a two was because of Dr. Howard and his great team. However, Dr. Perelli and his two assistants that disrespected my sister-n-law and breached her confidentiality is beyond unprofessional. Also, Dr. Perelli refused her services because he supported his two unprofessional assistants. Little did he know that everything was recorded. Let me break down how my sister-n-law came in contact with this office. A friend of my sister-n-law referred her to that office. Her initial visit was disastrous because the Dental assistants didn’t know how to operate the panel that is used to get a head x-ray. Secondly, the person who did her cleaning didn’t do a professional job. Although everyone was polite, the overall experience was awful. Because she has a 3 month waiting period, she has been passed around to multiple dentists and surgeons because no one seem to want to perform surgery; until all the monies are paid upfront. To add insult to injury, she was sent to another surgeon in Raleigh who was extremely nice, but only wanted to do a consult because he wanted money. and the procedure options were so expensive, she had to decline. She basically wasted $70 today. Please pray for her because she is in so much pain right now, it’s saddening. What happened to humanity?

Love this office, great hygienists, very friendly staff. Dr. Lane’s offices are beautiful. Dr. Howard listens and explains dental conditions and treatment well. He really cares about his patients, and his work is excellent.
