I waited until I was completely done on my Invisalign journey to write my review. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Khara and his team. Every visit was pleasant, easy and stress free! His staff is so polite and they make you feel at ease. When I first got started with my retainers, they didn’t fit well and they ordered me an entire new set of trays. I feel like my concerns and questions were always answered honestly. Hopefully (fingers crossed) I don’t have to go back but if/when my children need an orthodontist we will absolutely go back to see them!

We have been going to Dr Kharas practice since 2005! My 4 boys have all sat in his chair for treatment! Highly recommend this family owned business! Staff is always professional and friendly! The office is very clean and kid friendly, and as soon as you walk in you can tell the staff has not worked a day in their life…ITS SO OBVIOUS BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY LOVE WHAT THEY DO!!! ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️

As a diligent parent invested in my son’s dental health, I recently scheduled a follow-up Invisalign appointment with Khara Orthodontics. Regrettably, this experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the dentist’s absence without prior notice or explanation, resulting in my son missing a day of school. This appointment was a planned follow-up in my son’s Invisalign treatment, meticulously arranged to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of his dental care. Despite our punctuality and commitment, upon arriving at the clinic, we were dismayed to discover that the dentist was unexpectedly absent for an hour. This absence not only disrupted the follow-up process but also caused my son to feel let down and deprived of progress in his dental treatment. The absence of communication or a courtesy call to inform us about the dentist’s unavailability was profoundly disheartening. It reflects poorly on the professionalism and regard for patients’ time, especially for essential follow-up appointments that contribute to the continuity and success of treatments like Invisalign. Moreover, this incident disrupted our planned schedule, and my son missed an entire day of school, impacting his education. While acknowledging that unforeseen circumstances may arise, the lack of any attempt to notify or reschedule the appointment demonstrates a disregard for patients’ schedules and commitments. In a field where continuity and follow-up are critical, maintaining effective communication is imperative. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism and prompts the clinic to implement improved communication strategies and a more considerate approach to patient appointments in the future.

Vivian and Dr. Khara were great and answered any questions I had. Vivian is very informative and helps you feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Khara is very personable and has a calm demeanor. The other staff were friendly as well. Overall, a good experience in a very welcoming environment!

Love the staff and Dr. Khara. My son does not like any doctor or specialist in his mouth. He’s had multiple dental surgeries due to a born condition. He loves coming here and they listen to concerns and explain things in detail. This facility has been a blessing to our family.
