Very friendly staff (Melissa is an incredible hygienist!). However, both times I’ve been to the Holly Springs location, wait times have been unreasonable. Seems to be understaffed and overbooked. Don’t schedule an appointment at the Holly Springs location if you have other things to do in the day.

My first time at Night & Day dental was great! Got in fast and felt they did a great job with my teeth cleaning. At my six month follow up, waited over 45 mins after my scheduled appointment; and the person working the front desk offered no update or apology for the wait. The dental hygienist did give me a complimentary fluoride treatment and apologized for my long wait. She did a good job on the cleaning but don’t think it made up for the lack of communication and long wait.

This office has incredibly shady business practices. I received ONE bill saying that I hadn’t paid for my cleaning back in October and it was 90 days late and about to be sent to collections. Come to find out they never submitted a claim to my insurance. I called the office and left a message. No return phone call for a week, I had to call again, the lady on the phone immediately had an attitude which was on par with my in-office experience as well. Claim finally got submitted to insurance and I received a call from my dental insurance company saying that this office submitted a claim that was significantly overcharging for my cleaning. My insurance paid out for what a normal cleaning would cost and then told me I’m not responsible for the rest and that I should probably find a new office. You know a place is truly shady when an insurance company tells you as such. This is on top of an already awful experience to begin with. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to even be taken back to the tiny room. Then I sat there for another 30 minutes with people coming in and out of the room and no one saying a word to me. I specifically told them that I already had x-rays done at my previous dental office (only switched bc they stopped taking my dental insurance, I loved them) this year and I did not need them again this year, additionally I’m pregnant. The rude hygienist tried to argue with me. I repeatedly told her that I do not need them, I just had them done 6 months ago and I am pregnant. They finally gave in. The first thing out of another lady’s mouth after forever of waiting for someone to come into the room was “Let’s get you back to get those x-rays”. I again said no, I do not need them and I am pregnant. I got to then sit there for another 15 minutes for the hygienist (who was sitting chatting with the receptionist this whole time) to finally show up. She continued the rude behavior she exhibited when I checked in, by offering a whole host of unwanted parenting advice (asked if it was my first, I said yes, she asked if I knew what I was getting myself into, I said yes, I’m a teacher, we have a lot of nieces and nephews that we see almost daily. She said “ohhhh no. You don’t know anything. There’s nothing worse than having your own”, being very rough while cleaning, offering unwanted pregnancy advice, then noticed a chip on the back of one of my molars that my other dentist had said didn’t need to be repaired at this time and we would keep an eye on because it’s likely been there for years since I got my wisdom teeth removed. I expressed this to her and she purposefully blew air on the molar until I jumped and gasped in pain. She could have easily said that the chip looks different than it did on the pictures from 6 months ago, instead she chose to intentionally hurt me to prove a point. Then she told me I need to have it repaired immediately with a filling. The actual dentist was wonderful and he said that the chip wasn’t of concern. It could easily wait until the spring after I delivered my baby. It was clear that him and the hygienist don’t get along based off of their interactions in the room. All of this to say, I will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone go here. I’ve never had a bad dental experience in my life until this office. Avoid.

Very unorganized and very unprofessional. The supervisor at this specific location doesn’t care about the patients, she didn’t even apologize for the situation and based on her tone of voice she clearly didn’t care. The dentist there tried to cancel my appointment because she assumed that the amoxicillin I was taking was going to just magically make things better. I clearly needed an extraction and a root canal. I wanted to get the extraction done and work on the root canal after I have my baby but at this point I don’t feel comfortable with night and day dental in Holly springs. I have terrible anxiety, so why not make me (the patient) feel comfortable. Please go anywhere else but here! Beware!
