If you want to see 2 Dentists who are kind, caring and gentle, go to Huff & Huff. My husband and I have been with them for over 20 years. They give exceptional clinical care and their technicians give the same high standard of care and caring. The office staff are efficient and always pleasant. These people make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. And if you do not have insurance they have a pretty good plan.

Best Dentist experience. Hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time. New patient they didn’t judge me. They just explained what we had to do to keep my teeth healthy going forward. Don’t want to have to go back (Don’t Like the experience of the Dentist) but glad I have a dentist in town that is nice and considers me.

Staff is always very courteous and concerned about your needs. The hygienist is always very thorough and complements you as to whether or not you are doing a good job with your home health care.

Received an EOB from my insurance provider after a semi-annual checkup and cleaning stating I owed 90% of the cost. Same insurance as previous ten years so when I phoned to question what had changed Brittaney replied that “Dr. Todd was tired of dealing with this insurance crap”. That being a direct quote. Needless to say I was surprised and caught off guard by the lack of professionalism. I have been a patient of this practice for eighteen years and have always felt welcomed and treated as though my loyalty was appreciated. My experience during my last visit was a complete turnaround from any before. Dr Todd was curt and acted as though I was no longer welcome at his practice. Hint taken and in summary I offer the following advice: you should consider finding a more personable and professional office manager and I will find a dental provider who still appreciates their clients.
