I’ve calle them 8x to get an appointment left 3 voicemails and no one returned my calls. I’m pulling my daughter out of that place. No customer service once so ever. What happened to the good days where I called and someone picked up the phone and greeted me very politely? What a shame!

DO NOT GO THERE! I had the worst experience with my appointment. Receptionist are clueless, the dental assistant doesn’t know what she’s doing: she quickly brushed my teeth in less that 2 minutes and did not even floss! I only had a cleaning scheduled! Receptionists need to be fired’ they never took my temperature for COVID-19 precautions and falsified a temperature on the document for me to sign ! Very unprofessional and I will NOT be going here! The head dentist doesn’t know what she’s doing either. WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER !!

My family and I have only been patients at Anne Elizabeth’s for a very short time. Even after seeing the reviews I still wanted to give the clinic a fair try. They never answer the phone. They called to cancel my childs appointment 20 minutes before they was supposed to be there. The dentist is rude and a total control freak. While trying to explain a situation she blatantly rolled her eyes and walked off. They tried to say I needed to have several teeth pulled but I had a second opinion done and it’s not true. Also saying that my child needs around 8 fillings and a second opinion also confirmed she only needs 2. Run fast if you want to keep your teeth!

My daughter’s experience there: I was looking forward to some more "me time" at the dentist (Anne Elizabeth Family Dentist). So after finding a baby sitter for all 3 kids and driving 35 minutes to the dentist they tell me that they took me off the books because I verbally didn’t confirm my appointment by phone. What!?!?! I was there last week and made the appointment!! I admit I have been having trouble with my cell phone service and didn’t get the call. I asked if they tried to contact me any other way. They said they are starting to contact patients by email as of TODAY. I asked if there was anyway to squeeze me in. They said in a very robotic tone "no, that is their policy" I was like WHAT?!?! No grace, no remorse, no try to smooth things over? Well see ya Starbucks coffee serving, poshy, flu flu dentist. Guess you don’t care enough about my business to even try. Anybody recommend a good dentist that will let YOU cancel the appointment not them cancel on you without notice?
