Amazing Team 2I had a bad experience here due to bad communication and abysmal customer service. They were not polite as I inquired about possible procedures during my visit and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable.

**UPDATE*** I immediately (review was up 10 minutes) received a call from Dr. Freemont; she was very apologetic for the way her team handled the intake, very firm that this isn’t how she expects her team to manage the front office. She asked if I would still like to book; she booked my appointment herself. I will update my star rating after the appointment. I responded to an ad on Instagram 8/3 for help with snoring. I made contact and was bombarded with emails and texts (marketing, I get it). A staff member called and sent intake information and was told I would be called for an appointment. Short version: I completed the requested documents, and on 8/20 I received a text stating I hadn’t completed the documents, and I replied I did and attempted to send a picture of the confirmation. 8/27 text asked did prefer am or pm. I have called twice and left a message for the sleep coordinator and have not received a call back. I shared the information with friends, but I will be rescinding my recommendation because of a lack of follow-through.

huge, empty lot of this business for 2 minutes to pick up a to-go order next door and upon return to my car was greeted with a smug, older man blocking in my car and aggressively demanding $75 to remove a boot. if the attitude of this individual (who was carrying a gun that he made sure i knew he had) reflects the attitude of the owners of this business, i’d steer clear at all costs. very frightening experience.

This is my first time visiting a dentist office that actually informs patients each step of the way. Nicole (the dental hygienist) was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable. She educated me on my dental health and provided me several options on maintaining it. She’s was so nice and friendly, in fact the entire staff were friendly. I think I’ve finally found my dentist. Dr. Freemont was so nice, friendly, and funny. She give me several options for my treatment and I can’t wait to come back for my follow up appointments. I would recommend this practice as it is quiet and trustworthy. They took pics of my teeth in addition to the x-rays to send to my insurance company show the reason for the treatment. That instilled so much confidence in their work and I know that they’re actually doing what they say they’re doing. I’m so happy I found this practice. P. S.... Today was my very first appointment with this clinic and they exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Super knowledgeable. And unlike my previous dentist, they have a tooth cam where you can see the cavities or whatever the case may be. Also. the staff made double triple sure I understood the costs associated with each line item that would appear on my bill - before doing the procedure and then again at checkout I received a detailed breakdown of what was or was not covered by insurance. My previous dentist never did that either, they just sent me a mystery bill. I like this place much better and I will be back.
