When I initially began going here I was satisfied and looking forward to working on my smile and confidence after my extractions my experience went down hill I have been without dentures for nearly 4 months the dentures I received literally brought tears to my eyes I looked like someone from a horror movie They had me come in for a wax mold and haven’t called back over two weeks I’m so disappointed and depressed I can’t make money looking like I belong in barn eating hay I changed my 5 star review to a 2 only because I like the staff but my service is horrible I feel powerless and embarrassed every where I go so I’m stuck at home

My daughter has had her appointment for wisdom teeth removal rescheduled TWICE now, last minute, same morning of.. I’ve never heard of this, until I saw another review here by someone who had the same experience. Very unprofessional. If you are going for a cleaning, the hygienist is good, but otherwise I would steer clear unless you don’t mind dealing with people who have zero respect for your time.

I started going here in 2020 and everything was fine up until this year. I scheduled an appointment at 8 AM in June 2023 which was canceled last minute because of the hygienist calling out. I scheduled another appointment recently (November 21, 2023) at 8 AM and was notified 20 minutes via text prior to my appointment that the hygienist called out which is ridiculous and incredibly inconsiderate to my time. The office did nothing to try to make up for my frustration. Not once in my life has a dental office canceled my appointment TWICE. As a healthcare professional, it is not easy for me take time off to make personal appointments. I understand that emergencies happen but it seems like the office is unorganized and understaffed to consistently see patients. I am not a dentist; however if a person on my team is incapable of performing their duties, I would try to step in and do cleanings myself. This is your company and your reputation.

This place is amazing. I moved to Atlanta from a small town and really had fear that I would just be a number and never be able to get in nor have the relationship that I had with my previous dentist but it’s been completely opposite. Being a member of a National Guard unit that deploys often, it is mandatory that we keep our teeth in order and often the number one reason members get kicked out. This office always makes time for me even when it’s last minute before I left for service for Hurricane Ian or December 23 before they shut down for the holiday and provided me a last minute root canal. The front office communicates so much whether it’s over the phone or via text. They also go out of their way to work with insurance companies to ensure we don’t take on any unexpected debt. Dr. Lottier is very knowledgeable, gentle and caring about dental health but also recognizes it is hard for so many to afford due to dental insurance coverage being so little. So thankful I have them in my health network in Atlanta to depend on.

I have been to several dental offices but my experience at Comfort Smiles was worth the drive! The staff is very professional and gave me the individual time and attention to hear what I wanted to achieve. From the receptionist, Ms Pat to Dr Lottier and his assistant, they all work with me and although I was the patient, they treated me like I was a part of the team. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience! Real talk, they listen to what you want rather then what your insurance may limit you to and will work with you to come up with a personalized plan specifically designed to put a smile on your face, pun intended!!
