This Dentist office is HORRIBLE! Very UNPROFESSIONAL..the Black Lady up front very unprofessional and not a drop of customer service.!!! TO MANY hispanics children! The appointment window is Ridiculous. Can’t get an appointment for 6mos out.even when I was making regular payments I can’t get an appointment for my son for 4 to 6 Mos out. Not weeks out !!! Now that I call the account/office to get my son brace checked whom hasn’t seen the Dentist since June 2023 and made 2 payments and payments arrangements this office is REFUSING MY SON TREATMENT! . Don’t come to this office in Austell on Mulkey way !!!

I was going to call the head doctor and make a complaint but I rather state what I need to say publicly so people can run from this location. Very unprofessional and staff is in there talking about their personal lives anpn and taking their times wasting patient’s time. Also it stated on my file invasign treatment that I never had done but this location chose to believe what a receptionist put on my file than the words coming out of my mouth. I know what treatment I had and what I haven’t. Y’all need to get it together.

I HIGHLY recommend finding another office. They will charge you but you won’t receive services. The staff is incompetent. They change your appointments without notice. They change your regular dentist appointments that have zero to do with them. Then when you complain they act like your wrong but again this is a service that is paid mostly out of pocket. They made appointments for my son who doesn’t even have braces. I suggest doing your research before dealing with these people. Poor service at its finest.
