Dr. Kimes did a wonderful job on my lower front bridge. I assumed this process would hurt terribly but Dr. Kimes ensured I experienced very little. As for cost, she is not the highest nor lowest but she is within the mean for abstractions and simple bridges based on my surveys. The staff was very pleasant, concerned, and practiced cleanliness. The front office assistant has a great personality and remembers you when you return. I recommend SMILES and will return.

Coming from New York City . I love ❤️ the Southern mannerism balance of both the office professionalism. I am a person who’s always been afraid of the dentist. In my late 60s I decided to correct my flawed teeth. Bad thing is I’ could have had it done at a fraction of what I’m paying now. Hey that’s on me. Currently i have tempts in my mouth. Which I can tell I will be pleased with my permanent teeth. I also notice that my speech is different, its a better flow when I talk. So far I am pleased with the working process

Unfortunately Dr. Heavenly is a very rude Dr. The entire staff is very rude for no reason may be because thats what they were instructed to do in my case.I was there for internship and the way i was treated their was very insulting...... I left them in 2 days because for me self respect is far more important than the work. Am Happy that i left them despite at that moment i was in need of work. I don’t know about her treatments how she do it coz i never saw her working, she only sits in her office and gives orders.

I have never experienced such an amazing atmosphere and staff like this before, Dr Heavenly did an amazing job on my teeth, just can’t stop smiling. I will never go anywhere else !!!! Big thank you to Dr Heavenly and her staff, you will never know how grateful I truly am.
