I went to this dentist in dire pain about 6 months ago or so and needed my tooth pulled. So everything seemed to be going well until he went to pull tooth and I yelled as quietly as possible bc the pain was immense. They had the nerve to ask me to be quiet bc I was scaring other patients. What a joke! Maybe if you had numbed me correctly there would’ve not been an issue. I do not care for this place or the staff and they should be ashamed to charge $500 for a tooth extract that was not complicated.

For years I avoided the dentist, but I am more than happy to tell you about my experiences at this office. Now I’ve been there twice, both times went better than well. Three teeth removed without issue. Perfectly healed. They give you a full dental program. Like a step-by-step guide to better dental health. So now that they’ve done. Deep cleaning treatment, removing +10yrs of build-up. Gum disease is now gone from my mouth. Without insurance I paid cash out of pocket both times, procedures are not cheap. They do give a discount in the situation of no insurance. Expect a spotless facility and professional staff. Lastly, this is a real review, from flossing to polishing they are truly at your service.

Without a question one of the best dental practices I have come across. They were very accommodating with letting me schedule an appointment in convenient date and time for me. The implant work that they do is outstanding - Dr Roach. I worked with the other doctors there too - great work - Dr Solomon. The Dental Hygienist - Dianna - is the best; I have not been to a dental cleaning with so much care, patient consultation, and carefully done work. I communicated to a few other practitioners there that I just did not remember the names of - all great. The receptionist - Vessi - is an excellent communicator, explaining in detail office procedures, estimates for future work, work with insurance, etc. I strongly recommend the practice.

Everybody at this dentistry is extremely nice and welcoming. This was the first time I’ve gone to the dentist and haven’t gotten some snide remark about my teeth. They’re also very upfront and honest. No random hidden charges or anything. Highly recommend.

Dr. Roach is a good dentist, but I had his office cancel four of my appointments in three months, and the lady who called me was rude to me.. I had appointment canceled on the same day, if you do this to them. They will charge you $75.00 for not showing up for an appointment. They should practice what they preach. I had three appointments cancel in December 2018.
