I was a new patient and paperwork was super easy to handle via email. I was treated with a friendly face …great customer service . The dentist is very professional and sweet …was always concern about making sure I was okay during my appointment ☺️ I will continue going to this place where they treat their patients with care.

I underwent deep tooth cleaning at this clinic. Deep tooth cleaning is completed in stages. Before that, I consulted about the price of teeth cleaning, and they checked my dental insurance and told me that every time I clean my teeth, a portion of the insurance will be reimbursed. After that, I need to pay more than 100 yuan to complete a tooth cleaning. I accepted this price and agreed to a time. Then, I went to the clinic for a deep tooth cleaning. After the first time I cleaned my teeth, I was told that I needed to pay more than 200 out of pocket, and they told me that my insurance did not cover my own expenses. They did not inform me in advance of the price changes. They demanded the remaining payment from me, and their work attitude made me no longer trust them. A week later, I went to another dental clinic hoping to complete my other half’s deep teeth cleaning. After the examination, the doctor said I needed to do a new deep teeth cleaning. It’s unreasonable to spend money on deep dental cleaning, but not get the desired results.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The doctor is very nice and friendly as well. I’m happy with this dentist office. I will recommend my family and friends. Thank you for all the good work!!😊

Great service. No wait, staff was friendly and courteous, cleaning was very good and thorough. Dentist was friendly and personable, we even got a nice bar of homemade soap! Thank you! Will recommend and be back for sure. I’ve been looking for a good dentist after going to so many substandard ones.

I am a newer patient here, but all of my experiences have been nothing short of wonderful. The front and back staff are all very kind and helpful. Even when they are not checking your teeth, they make sure you understand everything that they are doing. They also keep the office clean and it is a very welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend going here!
