At my son’s appointment today we were asked to wear a mask, even though they don’t require a mask in the waiting room. Once we were in the back I was asked to pull my mask over my nose and I refused. A big deal was made but what bothers me the most, myself and son who are Caucasian, were the only ones being harrased about pulling our mask up over our nose. The whole room was full of Black Americans and Hispanics who did NOT have their masked pulled up over their noses but NOTHING was said to them at all. I don’t understand why I was given such a hard time but they were not other than the fact my son and I are white. I do have photos of the others with no mask on or not pulled up over their nose but I will not post them here.
