When I say that these people went over and above for me they did! I am not a fan of the dentist as EVERYONE in this office can attest to. From the office manager, Marcella, Vicky, THE hygienist Julie and Dr. Triggs what a team. They made me feel so comfortable. This is the office to go to!

This is the best office! It is so clean and so professional. This was my first time visiting this location and I had Frenchie as a hygienist and she was excellent! I definitely recommend Dent First to anyone looking for a great experience!

Staff was very efficient. I came by on time and got seating less than 5 minutes in. The hygienist was very nice and did a very thorough job. My teeth came out spotless and I left the office within an hour after arriving. I will be back.

Generally I don’t write reviews but these guys forced me to. Me and my spouse have been visiting this centre for few years. I have no complain about the services received so far. To my surprise, one day I received a mail from collection! I had no clue about the amount. Typically the provider should send a bill to client after dealing with insurance. But in this case, I had received nothing but a letter straight from collection!!! I called DentFirst couple of times and requested to explain the amount. They said, since the account has been turned over to collection, they can’t share any information. Wow, so they don’t know what information they sent to collection. They advised me to check with collection agency as they have all details. Okay, I called the collection agency for same and they said they don’t have any details (breakup of the bill). Awesome! What do I do then? No body has details of the bills. To my knowledge, there shouldn’t be any outstanding amount. However, am ready to take a look and pay if there is a reasonable explanation! But who has the details WHO has the details? NO body at this moment!!! So I requested the collection agency to talk with DF and get me the itemized bill. However, due to this back and forth couple of times in last few months, I lost my valuable time and peace of mind. Am a responsible person and I never leave any bill unpaid. To me, getting something from collection is disrespectful. Why the heck DF didn’t bother to discuss with me or send me a bill if there was any outstanding balance? Looks like they simply don’t want to deal with insurance and simply ask collection to bother the clients. Such a disrespectful management! We are NOT going there anymore.

First time after being referred by a friend. I had a great cleaning. The staff is knowledgeable and explained my treatment. Dr. Debowsky is funny. He made me laugh throughout my appointment. I’ll be back for my root canal & anything else I need. DentFirst has a new patient!
