Highly recommend Dr. Patel! I had such a great experience with Revive Dental. From my first call, to my dental procedure, my entire experience was amazing! I’ve recently relocated to Georgia, and I’m so glad I found such a great dentist! Best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I would recommend this dental office to everyone. From the girls at the front desk Julie and Courtland. They both were so pleasant and welcoming and explained everything to me. Then Cassandra the dental assistant was so sweet and made me feel instantly better about the procedure. She explained everything and was so friendly which is such a change from most dental offices. Dr Patel took his time to explain what I needed done and I have all the faith in him to move forward and I will now not go anywhere else. Also the office is absolutely beautiful.10 stars if I could rate more.

Honestly, I don’t know how to rate being that the staff were by far the nicest. I contacted the office to address pain I had been experiencing for over a week. The visit started with a photo shoot (hygienist stated the doctor like profle pictures of each client with a smile) through the pain i smile. Finally, 18-20 more pictures of my mouth. The hygienist went on with resourceful and knowledgeable information then asked about a cleaning. Again, the pain was my 1st concern, the hygienist cleaned my teeth but was limited because of the pain i was experiencing. In conclusion, I walked out with a referral and a $450 bill. The pain wasn’t addressed, nor was I told upfront what to look for as far as a bill. I would have appreciated if Dr. Patel’s staff would have communicated that they were out of network and to look forward to paying the total cost out of pocket. I called back to ask about any type of medication to help me while i follow up with the referrals, I was told he’d call in antibiotics. Even with my insurance reimbursement, it’s should be communicate to consumers what to expect especially if the total cost is out of pocket.
