This office is no longer open! Called customer support today after showing up for my appt yesterday along with another lady and her significant other and the office was closed. I called the Woodstock location who said the office was closed. Customer support confirmed the location has been closed since early December!! Completely unacceptable! All patients should’ve been contacted so they could reschedule elsewhere or at least notified with a cancellation.

I am lost for words. I cannot believe we waited over 15 minutes for a 1pm appointment and no one was even in the office. Another patient also waiting called the woodstock location and they confirmed no one would be there that day. No call to reschedule or inform us of this. We have been waiting for over a month for an emergency appointment on a tooth that has caused alot of pain. I am shocked an office would do this. So unprofessional and disorganized for a business. Or maybe no one cares about their patients!

LADIES, Dr. Cotton is a STUD!!! All of the staff is very friendly, empathetic, and communicative. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the helpful staff and eye candy definitely soften the blow.

Everyone at this office is so kind. They are efficient and thorough. As someone who is regularly terrified of going to the dentist, I really appreciate how genuinely nice they are. I highly recommend!
