I had an appointment at 10am, I arrived at 8:50am due to my error thinking my son’s appointment was at 9am. They did not bring my son back until 10:26am, (left after 11am) I was told they were short staff; which should have been communicated when I checked in a hour early. If long waits times aren’t a problem, poor communication, and your child is not in school or have activities then this is a great location. They have no concept of TIME!

Never use them. Customer service is poor. They will give a recommendation, but never submit the recommendation. Plus, you never get to talk with people in their office on the phone. Just a call center. They arent about treating and helping customers more about covering themselves to make a profit.

The staff is great, but they are only open 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday). You will NEVER get taken back to your appointment on time unless you’re one of the first people in the mornings (7:30 am). Sometimes you’re waiting 45 minutes before they take you back. Had I known this, I would have gone to a different Ortho that was open all week. Again, great people, they just don’t schedule properly. They overbook their people because they are only open 2 days a week. A lot of the time you can’t even find a place to sit in the waiting room. For emergency visits, you may have to go to another location.

My daughter has been going there since October for her Invisalign. The first visit was fine, staff was nice, got all her imaging done. However, we have yet to actually get her Invisalign device. I was never notified the device was in until I emailed the office after 8 weeks with no word from them. We had an appointment set for December, but my daughter became ill so I hadn’t to reschedule. First available appointment was February! By the time my daughter gets her device I hope it still fits in her mouth. I asked if there’s a waiting list for earlier appointments and was told no, but I could call and ask if there are cancellations. I tried calling yesterday and waited in hold for 15 minutes only to find out there are no openings. If I had realized they are only open two days a week I would have gone elsewhere. Now I’m stuck because they have my daughter’s device that I’ve already paid for! Ugh!
