The system is simple to navigate, even for the technologically challenged such as myself. It has a fresh and clean design that makes it modern and very user friendly. They have a great "Chat" feature that is very useful and easy!

Our office has been with Cloud 9 for many years. They used to have the best customer service, but now it is the worst customer service I have dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone for help. They want you to chat. I want to talk to a living person. So not happy. The software is good though.
