This has been my first time back in well over a year due to health issues. There have been several staff changes, so I was a little concerned. There was absolutely no need! The front desk staff is welcoming and kind. Chi Chi is an outstanding dental hygienist. She is caring and thorough and took special care of me since I’m a baby at the dentist. 😊. Erica is Dr. Bruno’s assistant. I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They are simply stellar! Dr. Bruno is gentle, soft spoken, and is extraordinarily talented. Erica is amazing. I love her humor and her talent for keeping me calm while I spent 3 hours in the chair. I’m so fortunate to have such an outstanding team at NorthPoint Dental!

North Point Dental is great. I am terrified to go to the dentist, and they go out of their way to put me at ease. Everyone in the office is wonderful, Christina and Brady are very helpful and always willing to check on insurance questions. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have been too. I just pray he stays a long time. He always explain the best option. He even came in after the office closed to see me so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely a 5 star dentist!

This office is wonderful! Their customer service is exemplary and Dr. Nyugen - aside from having exceptional dentistry skills- has one of the best "bedside manners" ever. He will set you at ease immediately and he and his staff will eliminate any anxiety you have. When you leave- you’ll feel great and feel as though you’ve just made new friends! This is the only place you should go for your dentistry needs!

I have had two great experiences at Northpoint Dental. Dr Nguyen is always happy and positive and makes you feel at ease. He has done great work on two different crowns I had to have. His Dental Assistant, Kim was great too. Very nice people. I would highly recommend using them.

I have always been very weary about visiting dentists in the US. After many failed attempts with other clinics, I was fortunate to stumble upon Northpoint Dental and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location. The staff is great! Friendly, professional, honest, and above all encouraging. They don’t try to sell you on things or force procedures that you don’t really need. They even work with you on different alternatives so it’s easier on you and your pocket. I recommend booking an appointment with Karen for a cleaning, she is fantastic, and Dr Nguyen is very thorough and soft handed. Give them a chance to help you with your dental health and make them part of your health team, you won’t regret it.
