I love this office because they always stay on top of things. They are efficient and organized. The payment portal is also very easy to use. Dr. Eatmon was able to get me in and out of treatment quickly, without any issues. I would recommend Alliance to anyone wanting a beautiful smile!

Today was my first time going to Alliance Orthodontist and i can’t wait to go back! Everybody was so nice, the office and back rooms are super clean and the decor is amazing! Cant wait to start my journey with healthier teeth!

I’ve been going to this office for a while now and the costumer service is excellent . The workers are very kind and friendly . Coming into treatment with this office was one of the best things I’ve ever done .

They took my money without telling me that I needed to pay more money before doing anything for me. They did offer me a refund that wouldnt be back on my card for days. They need to get theyre team together because theyre lost.

I called to try and get an appointment 3 times due to having a referral for my son. All 3 times I gave my contact information and was told by the answering service that I would get a call back. After getting the appointment scheduled I showed up only to be told that they didn’t except my insurance. The referral clearly states that they honor all orthodontic insurances. I have 2 small children and if you have kids you know how hard it is to get them ready and out.
