I had a routine appointment this week 5/20/24, and this time I had Alyssa as my person to tighten and work on my braces! Alyssa is AMAZING and was VERY compassionate as she worked on my braces! She is definitely who I want with me every visit now! I also met Dr. Koch for the first time! I’m SUPER impressed with him, and just how thorough he was with me explaining everything this far in my braces journey! Dr. Koch made me feel happier than I’ve felt in a long time about my braces! He took a good bit of time with me, and really cared about the work so far with my braces. The absolute professionalism of this practice is above and beyond! They work miracles…. I am proof!

This office is amazing. I love how professional and respectful they are. They are amazing with children and adults. The ladies in the front are so sweet. I definitely recommend this office as well as the loganville location. Thank you so much for treating my son like family!

We had a great experience! Our son was a first timer and a bit nervous. All of the staff was easy to work with. They posted his name on the board and made us feel so relaxed.

Koch is our home away from home. They make us feel extremely comfortable. They always have coffee for this busy momma plus Davante makes my daughter feel beautiful and unique and he knows his stuff! When you take your children in ask for him!!!

I’m writing this MINUTES after leaving my first consultation. Their patient care is on a different level. Every single person I interacted with was so warm and kind!! I’ve been researching different orthodontists and Invisalign for a while now and had a few offices I wanted to consult with before choosing one. Koch was my first and last stop!! They’re so thorough with their imaging and personalize EVERYTHING. My treatment coordinator really took her time breaking down my problem areas and what to expect throughout the process. They’re also super flexible with their INTEREST FREE payment plans. I left without a single concern about my treatment or the price. Seriously, I’ve never felt so in control and confident about my dental care. If you’re considering Invisalign or braces, I’m telling you this place is IT. Huge thank you to Becca, Ariana, and Wendy!!!
