I was calling to get root canal pricing and I get a woman on the phone. I say im looking for cheap root canal pricing to which she responds, "we dont do cheap root canals with an arrogant laugh at the end". The price sounds alright anyway, so I ask when I can schedule and she starts asking some questions and sounds confident so I ask if she is the dentist or one of the people at the desk. If she is the dentist I can ask other questions if not I wont bother. She got extremely offended at being asked if she worked at the desk and started becoming belligerent, I stated nobodies picking a fight with you sweetheart and she said dont call me sweetheart. I asked to speak to someone else after what im rapidly realizing is a dangerous karenesque woman. She tells me I am not allowed to speak to anyone else that she will help me. She keeps refusing to let anyone at her office talk to me after asking 5 times because I can only assume she is afraid of being shamed in some kind of way. I eventually say if she doesn’t put someone else on the phone then I will come up there. She puts me on hold and after 2 minutes I hang up. Im not going up there but if I were you and the dentist are putting these kind of psychotic women in charge. I can only assume the dentist themselves is also less then adequate. I wouldnt bring your children or anyone you love to this place thats for sure. This woman is the kind of woman to yell at the wait staff or to claim her order is wrong and demand free food. I know I sound upset but i cannot express enough to you the unstable entitlement coming off this woman.

I was very impressed with the staff and with Dr woo! He did an excellent job and never once did I feel pain. He was very gentle and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him!!! Thank you to staff and Dr woo

I was very apprehensive about my first root canal. Certainly not something I was looking forward to but realised needed to be done. Dr. Woo and staff took such great care of me! Very professional and prompt. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was almost immediately ushered back to my chair. The atmosphere was comfortable and Dr. Woo walked me through the whole process before anything got started. His assistant was really cool too. So relaxed and so chill. My apprehension was all for naught. Hope you don’t need a root canal but if you do Dr. Woo and staff are your peeps.

What an incredible experience! I never thought I would ever describe a Root Canal like that, but it is true. I was apprehensive about getting my first root canal, for a "problem" tooth which might not be salvageable. Dr. Woo worked diligently on two different appointments to find the canal and save my tooth. He is SO talented...a true genius. All without too much pain! I greatly appreciate all of his efforts to help. He, as well as his dental assistant and office staff, truly cared about me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!
