Great work, but the office management could be better. Every time we make an early morning appointment, the door is locked and the staff is in a meeting that always runs late. We have waited anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time for the door to be unlocked on numerous occasions. We schedule our appointment early so my child can make it to school on time. Everything else is fantastic. If it were not for this one issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Dr. Sweeney is so wonderful. And really all the staff is so nice. However, they seem too busy to take proper care of their current patients. My treatment is not working properly (which is not what I’m upset about; it happens and they are working to fix it), but delay after delay. I’ve called to ask for a check in appointment because I didn’t think things were right and have been told that there were no appointments for 2-3 weeks! Doctor says I can start on my new set when it gets here in 3 weeks, but front desk tells me there are NO appointments for 6 weeks; Doctor says to make a check in at 6 weeks, no appointments for 9 weeks; I have to cancel for an emergency reason and the next available is in 4 weeks; … I mean, how much time do I waste waiting for new treatments or sitting in trays that aren’t doing anything because of lack of appointments? Let alone the fact that these appointments are 10-20 mins long at most. I was quoted a 9mo-1year for my treatment and I’m at 14 months awaiting a whole other set. 25% of that has been waiting for appointments. As nice as everyone is, I don’t find that acceptable if the volume is too high to take care of patients you have.

After moving to Georgia in June 2022 and needing an orthodontist for our daughter we picked the best ones out there!!! She is already out of braces and loves her smile!! Her confidence is through the roof and I’ll continue to recommend Smile Doctors!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Karyn and Dr Sweeney are wonderful. They have answered all my questions and concerns. My husband and I greatly appreciate the care that we are receiving. Highly recommend this office
