My back tooth was bad and needed to be extracted called this morning and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. The front office lady and staff and doctor were very nice and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

Squeezed me in last minute for an emergency tooth removal. That morning I had to put my beloved pet to sleep and the whole staff was so kinda and accommodating. They were professional, polite and comforting. The office was clean and bright and clear instructions for after care where given. Thank you so much! I will refer your business everywhere!

I told Dr.Ian Sturn today that I am on the spectrum and I needed nitrous for my tooth extraction.. He then told me they do not have it in the office AFTER the X-ray and we went into the other room. I was shot with the numbing medication 5 times and was so uncomfortable and he said “do I need to refer you out to be put under” in a rude tone which made me super uneasy and nervous and I started to cry. My face was soaked with tears, he didn’t even offer a tissue until I asked. It was as if he was annoyed that I was still in pain. He didn’t even tell me what was wrong with my other tooth that I also came in for until I asked “So.. what about the other tooth”? The pain was so intense as if he didn’t even know how to do extractions with the crazy pulling and tugging. The pain shot up to my ears and spread to my other teeth. Absolutely no bedside manner. If you have any neurological issues such as a sensory disorder please BEWARE. I was then referred to an oral surgeon and that they would call for me. I went to check out and the lady working at the front desk says “um yea, dey not answerin so u gun hav 2 call em”. Keep in mind at this point I’m still shaken up and in pain. This visit occurred 6/8/2022.

I had a terrible toothache all through the weekend and spent the weekend in misery. I called this office first thing Monday morning (9am) and I was able to get in right away (10am) and was out the door by 11am. From the front office staff to the dentist everyone was wonderful and kind. I’m usually terrified of needles and the dentist but I was very happy with my care here. I came in for a molar extraction, even though the dentist told me it could be saved with a root canal he didn’t fight me when I asked for it to just be taken out. I will definitely continue coming here for any dental work needed and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient here for 4 years and absolutely love and trust their expertise. I live about 30 mins away and have to pass many dentists to get to this location, but I do so because I know that Dr. Sturn gives the best prices and won’t preform unnecessary procedures like other dentists wanted to do. Had to change my rating after having to wait 45 minutes to be seen as the "first" appointment of the day. When asked why another patient was being seen first, the staff told me they always double book each patient so that the dentist is not kept waiting. But that guarantees that at least one patient per hour will have to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. Isn’t my time just a valuable as the dentist??? NOT for ME, dropped Dr. Sturn like a rock.
