Amazing Team 2Easy scheduling and rescheduling. All can be done on line. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a second opinion visit. No coming back for treatment, they were ready to do my procedure the same day. Very efficient.

High pressure sales tactics to undertake expensive and unnecessary procedures. Outright lies about what insurance covers. It’s one thing to say they don’t know versus lying and saying a procedure is definitely covered, when it is not. The staff is rude and aloof. If you go to this dentist, good luck to you.

The office was nice but most of the staff seemed genuinely annoyed to be there. My son wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after his appointment time and the dentist seemed to not care much about the issue. The dental assistant was very nice and extremely helpful.

The staff was great. They tolerated my wild personality with ease and helped me feel comfortable. I do not trust dentists due to past experiences. I always feel like they are trying to up sell you or pressure you into procedures and nothing is cheap. Julie was professional and laid out a clear plan with my options, coverage and costs. Ray Ray tall beautiful assistant was very sweet and did her best filling in for the location that day. Terrance the hygienist was very knowledgeable of his profession. He sand blasted my teeth like a true gentleman and cracked jokes with me. Nice guy! Dr. Patel "Arpeet" was kind, informative and professional with a cool attitude. He did two fillings for me very quickly and they look nice. The girl who did my x-rays stayed late to get them done. I can’t recall her name. Alexis I think? 😥 But I was thankful for her dedication. I left feeling better about my dental situation and feel confident about moving in the right direction with Cherokee Smiles. Hopefully by next year all of my dental work can be completed and I’ll be smiling a lot more! Thank you all! Brent

Terrance (5-stars!!!!) and Alexis 🩷 were simply amazing!!! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to my comfort. The entire team were not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to explain the procedures, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt relaxed throughout my visit. The quality of care I received was top-notch. What truly stood out to me was the emphasis on patient comfort. They provided amenities to make the visit as pleasant as possible. The dental work itself was done with precision and care, leaving me with a beautiful, healthy smile.
