Village Pediatric Dentistry

Showed up to our 1:15 appt at ,1:00pm. We were told the office was having a meeting and to come back in 20 minutes. Ooook. Came back and they still not open the door until 1:30. I was told my son needed baby root canal on two teeth. Go to check out and they cannot provide this service for us. We were referred to another dentist. Turns out, this dentist cannot do the service either. I found another dentist on my own. The hygienist and dentist did a good job but front office staff seemed snooty and borderline rude. I wasn’t happy. Won’t go back.

I am giving a two star because the dentist herself is great. I dont know what the office staff is doing over there as its taken two weeks and I still have not been advised of some dates that my son can be treated for some cavities. I was told I would receive a call back and that did not happen. When I hear someone on the other line tell me that "we do not have an update yet" translates to "We haven’t gotten around to that yet for you." It doesn’t take two weeks to figure out when you can potentially do a job or not. I will now have to go through the same procedure of going to another dentist, having them evaluate him and determine when he can be treated. I am having to put my son through additional hoops, losing time and money because of VPD.

We loved our experience at Village Pediatric Dentistry. I took my two year old daughter there for her very first dental appointment and Dr. Monica was amazing. She took her time and talked and played with my daughter first before starting the exam so Sydney would be comfortable. Then she was so gentle and made everything fun and exciting. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Dr. Monica and the Village Pediatric Team for taking excellent care of my daughter today. Dr. Monica spent well over an hour on a cosmetic procedure for a severely chipped front tooth. The results where phenomenal and my daughter is so happy! The team was great about making sure my daughter was comfortable. On the ride home, my daughter actually mentioned that she had no clue that her gum was numbed for the procedure. It was a seamless visit. Thank you for all of your hard work, for not rushing the work and taking such great care of my girl!

Dr. Shawn and his staff were so welcoming at my daughter’s dentist appointment. She was very nervous before coming, but everyone made us feel like we were family! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best pediatric care for their children!
