This place has amazing customer service... from the front desk person, every smile you see while you are there, and a nice farewell on the way out. If you email them, they are quick to reply also! Waiting room typically less than 5 min. Everyone is so friendly. I had to reschedule once due to a delay on their end and they gave me a lunch gift card for my troubles... wow They also handle wife and kids amazingly. 10 stars!

I am extremely fearful of dental work. However this office has been very helpful. They are polite and communicate through each step. They ask very often how I was feeling. Dr. King and Mark was super understanding and addressed my concerns. Mark listened to why I was afraid due to previous experiences and assured me that I wouldn’t have those at Suwanee Family Dentistry. They did a through exam and came up with a treatment plan. Even when I was leaving the receptionist handed me a single white rose for valentine day. It is the little things that matter and I feel confident that my needs and care are in great hands.

I had a scheduling conflict with my original appointment, and without hesitation, the scheduling admin accommodated me with an excellent attitude. Most of all, I love my dental hygienist, Deb, with her sweet nature and excellent service. Excellent service is what you can expect from all that work at Suwanee Family Dentistry.

Always pleased with my visits at Suwanee Family! All of the staff I’ve met are always very friendly and helpful. Every appointment has been a breeze and with minimal waiting before the appointment. Highly recommend them! I’ve moved to Atlanta now but it is always worth the drive to Suwanee for my cleanings.

I love this practice, everyone from the checkin to the checkout are wonderful. Their standards are very high in regards to cleanliness and patient care. Dr. King and the DH Patricia are wonderful, very communicative throughout the entire visit. went to get my night guard adjusted and the nurse that helped my was also very thorough and informative. I hate going to the dentist because of prior bad experiences, but this place is absolutely the best so glad I found them!
