Children & Teen Dental

The dental hygienists are great and I have no issue with them. They’re great with my kids! The dentists themselves lack bedside manner with communicating with young children. They haven’t been the friendliest with our kids. Additionally, they’re not forward thinking. My son had a severe lip tie that was never corrected as a baby since he primarily used a bottle so we were unaware. The dentists never said anything about it until we brought it up at one of his cleanings when he was 3.5 to which the dentists said “oh yeah, you can get it checked out if you want.” They had no referral so we had to find a place. We took him to a periodontist who was shocked that the dentists hadn’t mentioned anything as she said his lip tie was impacting how his baby teeth grew in and would impact how his adult teeth came in. Additionally, the front desk staff are highly incompetent and trying to get a hold of one of them to schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. Whenever you are able to schedule, they will randomly call saying “oh we made a mistake and our office is actually closed that day.” These people are literally closed every week on random days with no warning, and no this is not due to recent staffing issues, we have been having this issue since taking my children for the last almost 3 years. Their website has a button to “schedule to book an appointment”, but you click it and it says they’re not accepting online appointments and to call. They have officially lost our business.

I am not at all satisfied with customer/ patient care you provided to me . I called May be 20 times to cancel my daughter’s appointment 2 days before and requested for call back and reschedule in voice mail as no one has picked up my call and every time goes directly to voicemail or force to choose option for call back … I neither got call back nor could able to know , my appointment got canceled or not ?

I was really nervous about a dental procedure my daughter was planning to have because we just switched to this dentist about 2 months ago. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They are very professional and explaining everything to you and may daughter had absolutely no pain. She told me how much she likes the new dentist. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone.

Great place! I started bringing my daughter here when she was 2 years old. They’re absolutely great with her. When getting her teeth clean they’re always extra careful and talk her through everything. I’ve recommended this place to several friends. And one of my friends has her first appointment, for her 3 year old, coming up. I know she’ll love it as much as we do!

I absolutely love this dentist for my kids! I seriously will not go anywhere else. There is a hygienist there that is so awesome! I don’t know his name but he sees my kids each time and they Love him! The dentist is great too! Everyone is friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend them, I also never do reviews but I really wanted to for them because as a Mom finding a dentist is hard!
