I wish I could give a minus star! Worst dentist in my life! They tried to squeeze all my money, forcing to buy unwanted dental products with crazily expensive price. At the first visit I had to buy mouth guard, repair my crowns, had to force me to buy dental products,.... You name it... I went there for cleaning and was my first visit but they didn’t give me a cleaning instead all expensive charges to tried squeeze all my money, made me in RAGE! I never wanna go back there and I wanna tell all my friends" Don’t go this dentist!" I’m afraid they gonna withdraw all my healthy teeth and grind all my healthy teeth to charge me more, squeeze out all my money! They don’t listen what you want, persistently force to do their way to make more money! Don’t go this place!!! I’m warming to everyone!!!!

I was a little concerned because I was in search of a new dentist after my old dentist of 17 years sold his practice. Now, I’m excited that I have found a new dental home. The office staff here are very pleasant and inviting. And, to my surprise Dr. Kim previously worked with my old dentist and his staff. We actually know some of the same people!! She is very patient, thorough, and comprehensive. I walked out of the office with a complete dental treatment plan for improved oral hygiene and dental healthcare. I am looking forward to another long and happy dental relationship. Thank you Dr. Kim and Staff at Smile 1 Dental Group!!

Dr Kim was always great. She’s a wonderful dentist. My family (aunt, cousin, son, and myself) stopped going because the hygienist is pushy and passive aggressive and constantly shames you during cleanings, especially when trying to get you to purchase items like medicated toothpaste, mouthwash, etc that I’m sure she is incentivized to sell. I agreed during a visit to purchase a recommended fluoride toothpaste. At my next visit, the first question asked before my cleaning was “do you need to purchase more toothpaste?”. When I responded no, she insisted I needed to then purchase her mouthwash and proceeded to harass me during my entire cleaning. My aunt has had similar experiences with the same hygienist. Unfortunately, the other hygienist at the practice doesn’t work there as often as the pushy one so we decided to go elsewhere. It is a shame because Dr. Kim is wonderful.

I have never visited a dental office more professional and as KIND as Smile 1. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistant to the dentist was top tier. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. It’s always a gamble when it’s time to choose a new provider, but I’m 100% happy with my choice. So happy for Dr Jenny Kim to be my new dentist and I look forward to continuing to work with them!!

Very clean facility, clean atmosphere. Everyone was very kind from the reception to the back. My dental hygienist was absolutely incredible. She was extremely caring when it came to my pain and discomfort. She was gentle but efficient with her cleaning. I really appreciated her walking me through the things that she was doing. It helped me relax a lot. I also would like to thank Dr. Kim for being able to fit me in an additional procedure before my tooth pain could get worse. I’m sure she has a busy schedule, but I appreciate her time still.
