I was having problems with my back L side implants moving side to side and was pleasantly surprised to have help with it just with a walk-in. My surgery went fast and painless. I requested to be put to sleep so that I wouldn’t freak out. I don’t do well with Dentist. It was so fast and painless. I ill be coming here if I ever need anything else done.

I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Jess Gardner and his team from the Buford GA. office, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gardner took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered all my questions. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received before, during, and after was outstanding. The follow-up instructions were clear, and I appreciated them checking in on me to see how I was doing. It’s clear they care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Gardner and the entire team if you’re in need of oral surgery. They’re top-notch in every way.

Such a welcoming environment with the kindest/gentlest staff. Dr. Patak is a gem and I am thankful that he was able to perform my procedure right on the spot when I had originally come in for a consultation. There was not a single moment where I felt rushed or anxious, instead I felt comforted and assured that all would be well. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for a oral surgeon!

Great experience! This was our second opinion for my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal, and they are by far the best. Pleasant and friendly staff. Doctor was extremely nice and explained things thoroughly to my daughter.

My wife had a collapsed Wisdom tooth extracted here about a week ago. I could not have been better impressed about how seamless and stress free the entire process went. We paid out of pocket because the practice was out of network. However, the ease of the consultation, the procedure itself, recovery, and the office following up to check om my wife made it feel like money well spent. Dr. Gardner did a good job. His team was also kind and friendly. Thank you OFSA, Buford.
