Dr. Z is so sweet and kind. The staff was very nice and brought me back right away at my appointment time. They were able to see me for a routine exam right away. The office has plenty of parking and it is easy to find. I will be back in 6 months!

Dr.Z worked on my mouth, and she had great charisma. Usually I am anxious about going to the dentist, but she talked me through the whole process, and it was very calming. Also, one thing about her that really helped me get through this appointment peacefully was that she consistently checked in with me, asking me questions like “does this hurt? “or “is your position comfortable? Honestly, 10/10 greatly recommend!

Dr. Z is one of the best dentists I have experienced in a loooooong time. Dentist offices in general make me super anxious but Dr. Z was very communicative and patient with me throughout the whole process which helped to quell my uneasy feelings. You can tell she really knows her stuff but doesn’t let that affect your comfort. Wonderful experience at this office, and I will most definitely be back :)

I was excited because I found someone in my network near me. They were friendly over the phone and determined to have me when I called. I gave the lady my information over the phone and she said to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I like how they sent reminder text. On the day of my appointment, 30 minutes before they text me and let me know to comes 15 minutes later than my previous time through text. I get there and nobody is in the front. No greeting at all. The assistant comes and let me know they will be with me shortly and leaves. I sit and the seats are stained and I have to pick the best one. I wait almost 30 minutes then I ring the bell because I honestly thought they forgot about me. The assistant comes out and tells me that she is going on her lunch.I let her know that I’m a new patient and while I’ve been sitting here that I could have been doing my paperwork. She said I should have received it through text/email. I did not receive anything besides reminders to show up. The assistant leaves. The doctor comes to the front. She seems very nice. Mind you I already been waiting 30 minutes and she sits and talk to the patient for about 10 more minutes. She then greets me and apologize for the wait. We talk and then have me fill out paperwork. That took about another 10-15 minutes. We discussed why I came which is a cleaning. I haven’t had one since earlier this year and it was well needed. I told her beforehand anything I needed that wasn’t included in my insurance. I did not want. She said okay. She insisted we do X-rays to see plan of care and go from there. I said okay. The equipment was broken. I had to put my bare mouth on the equipment. I felt it was very unsanitary but at the same time unsure if all equipment is like this. If you switch out the metal part. Idk but all the other places I been, the equipment was completely covered and hers was not. We get through the process. She says I need a deep clean and tell me the price. I inform her that I would not be able to do that. We discuss other options. I said no. She tells me she can’t clean my teeth which is understandable because it’s a waste of time to clean my teeth and not my gums. I told her from the beginning my situation and I feel like she wasted my time. I don’t know if she wanted money or what but she was very persistent on me paying and if it was cash I would get a discount. We kept talking and she then tells me that X-rays are usually not covered and she will be calling me if it’s not. So you wait until the process is done to let me know it would not be covered. We didn’t discuss a follow up appointment and I will not be coming back. I came because of the reviews and that wasn’t my experience at all. She has one person helping. I felt it was very unprofessional. She is nice but the equipment needs help. I didn’t even want to write a review but I was so disappointed.
