Honestly, this place felt kind of sketch. They push and pretty much bribe you to leave a five star review by asking you and saying you can spin a prize wheel (but only if you leave 5 stars). That’s how they have their rating. They also make you pay for their services before actually getting the treatment. I’ve never before been to a dentist that does that. I just felt uncomfortable.

They were able to get me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction same day, helped me finance the cost, and provided incredibly compassionate care the entire time. I was in SO much pain and the team at Bright Smiles really went above and beyond to make my experience easy. The whole process (removal included!) only took an hour from the time I walked in the door. My only regret is that I called ten other dentists in the area before I called them. They will definitely be my family’s first and only call from now on. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

It was pleasing experience for my 8 years son. Doctor and Hygienist received kids with cheering and cleanup done in timely manner. Overall experience. X-ray was checked and clarified all our doubts. We all liked it very much.

This place is horrible. They will charge you full payment before they even send your bill to insurance company and they say they will refund you once they get the payment from insurance company. But they never do. First time they over charged me by $500 and I had to call them three weeks before they send me my refund. This time it’s been a week and the same situation. I am still waiting to get my refund. They haven’t even issued it yet. I would give them zero stars if I can. This is my last time dealing with them. I am done!! Do not trust the owners comment below and try to avoid them at any cost. I called them and they said they will call me back before they close on that day. At the end of the day I received a text saying, they will have to talk to the insurance company. My insurance already sent me EOB three weeks ago. Means they received the payment. Still they are coming up with excuses not to refund me my money and harass me. I will report this place to BBB. This is the second time they are doing the exact same thing. Glad I changed my dentist. This place is not professional at all. But it’s funny they are saying let’s deal with it professionally. Dear bright smiles, I tried to deal with it professionally but you guys are not professional.

As someone that absolutely hates going to the dentist, they made me feel very comfortable. They did a speedy but thorough job, and the hygienist was friendly and professional. They even used some numbing gel on the more sensitive areas of my gums to help me feel comfortable during the cleaning, and the doctor was personable as well. Highly recommend for cleanings!
