I underwent Invisalign and had two teeth implanted by Dr. Zoobi in late 2019-2020. Initially satisfied, I later had an issue with a tooth moving. During my recent visit, Dr. Zoobi was very kind and professional, promptly fixed the issue, and refunded the $250 follow-up fee. I appreciate his dedication to resolving my concern and providing excellent patient care.

Dr. Zoobi is a fantastic dentist who really cares about his patients , listens to them, and provides excellent service. He has two offices, one in Astoria, and the other in midtown Manhattan. He has very convenient office hours. His front office staff, and the dentists on his team, all follow his example of excellence. He accepts all major insurance. My family and I have been using him for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Dr. Zoobi. Best dentist ever!

This is absolutely terrible experience, I had to wait for 1.5 hour, then I raised the point of long waiting, not even as a complain and they told me he is about to start seeing another patient and you have to wait much longer. When Dr. Zoobi came to see me , he was absolutely unprofessional, the information I got when I scheduled the appointment about my insurance coverage was totally misleading and no were close to what they told me when I arrived, which speaks of how they value people’s time by just trying to bring them in then leave them facing the reality of untruthful info. He treats his patients as a number, his staff told me my expectations should be long waiting time because he try to get through as much patients as he can before the holidays. I will never want him to give me a consultation, forget about doing any dental work for me. I rarely write a feedback, but I thought this worthwhile to mention so people have the right expectation should they think of his clinic.

I went to see Dr Zoobi at Elements Dental for a consultation and in search for a dentist that can take care of all my dental needs and I indeed find probably the best a practice in the City. The entire experience was beyond my expectation. Dr Zobbi was very professional, genuinely compassionate and did everything to make me comfortable. They truly care about their customers!
