Dr Tran and Kellie are great!! I just wish the office staff would stay on top of the insurance end of appointments and not wait til the day prior to make sure everything is good to go, especially when they were fully aware of our change months ago. Frustrating. Edit to your response: The point I was trying to make is that I was being proactive by emailing your office ahead of time to make sure you accepted my insurance. If you are able to read my emails, you’ll see that I got no response. I emailed again and then called. As a patient that schedules ahead, I don’t want to waste your time (and mine) by waiting til the day prior to know if you accept my new insurance and if I still have an appointment. I totally understand that insurances can change daily. Just trying to do my due diligence and would hope your staff would do the same. Thank you for your response.

I love Dr. Tran and her team at Premier Valley Dental!! I have always been terrified of the dentist and hated my appointments until I started seeing Dr. Tran and Kellie the dental hygienist. They are not afraid to address the elephant in the room - most people are not the biggest fan of going to the dentist - and take steps to make sure the experience is comfortable and trauma-free. They also do a great job of balancing friendly conversation while avoiding awkward mouth-open moments. I can tell that there is such an attention to detail and that the recommendations from Dr. Tran come from evidence and experience. Additionally, her friendly demeanor means that even when she has to make recommendations on how to improve dental health it never feels like I’m being punished! I have recommended her to everyone I know and hope I can keep seeing her forever :)

Excellent experience with Premier Valley Dental. I placed a request for an appt late at night, they responded within 10 mins & had me booked the next morning. Dr. Tran actively listened and was caring, patient, and thorough. Her team was great as well. Non judgmental, very comfortable office environment. This was the best experience I have had with any dental practice. Will be returning & would highly recommend.
