So rude. The assistants do everything (the doctor is barely there so you’re just dealing with the assistants the whole time) and they don’t care about what you say or your symptoms. I went to a different clinic after they basically told me my teeth didn’t hurt (how would they know?) and I’m much happier. This place went downhill fast.

I just called to ask about availability and the lady on the phone was so rude to me for no reason. Right from the start she answered rudely and interrupted me to tell me they don’t offer the service I was requesting and then she hung up on me. She was mean just to be mean because it’s not like we had a disagreement or anything. I’ll never understand people like that.

I can’t believe how much they helped my TMJ symptoms. This place is the real deal and I’m so grateful my jaw pain is gone

I never even been seen by this doctor. The first time I try to make the appointment the lady in the office, tried really hard to not get me to make an appointment. She made me contact my insurance directly and verify. so I have a letter to verify im covered. I’m halfway driving to my doctor’s appointment only to be told the power and internet is down in Tempe so they’ll reschedule whenever they can . I googled power outage and internet outage there is none citywide

For the last several months I’ve been severely disappointed with their organization. They get me in to my appointment anywhere from 30-60 minutes past my appointment time, and despite going to them for 3 years, every time I call they frustratingly ask if I am a new patient. I work 8-4, and have to take off close to 2 hours just for the appointment due to their disorganization. This last time was the final straw for me. I called them on my drive in the pouring rain to let them know I’d be running 5 minutes late due to the weather. They precede to tell me my appointment was canceled and they tried to call me the day before. I look at my call log, and they called me while at work, however they didn’t leave a voicemail, nor did they try to call again later that day, or the morning of my appointment. Therefore, I figured it was a confirmation call. I get a confirmation text later and confirm my appointment through text, but then they tell me as I’m 10 minutes away my appointment is cancelled and they “tried to let me know.” Absolutely ridiculous, as I take time off of work for these appointments. It’s as if they just decided I’d figure out my appointment was cancelled when I arrived. TMJ is something I struggle with and need specialized care for, but they clearly do not care about me as a patient, therefore I will be finding a different office. Only giving them 2 stars because their appliances have helped me, but it’s not worth the horrible communication and blatant disorganization.
