I made an appointment on 3/2/24 for May 16. When the day came they told me they don’t have me on the list and they don’t accept my insurance HealthFirst when I confirmed with them over the phone before making the appointment about the insurance.. 2 month lost just waiting for nothing

There’s a latina woman that works in the reception and she seems to be racially motivated. I went to this place once for a check up and she treated me different because of my skin color. She was being nice to latinos and black people but the whole time I was there she was giving me a really unpleasant attitude. So I picked another dental care. This place lacks professionalism. I don’t recommend them, try to avoid this place.
