Amazing Team 2It is a 1 star dentist office with terrible help. They are a ghetto money hungry business 🤬 they are only there to get paid not help people. They have a good looking building and staff but don’t be fooled it’s just a pretty hell hole. If you are in serious pain don’t go billing department take 3-6 weeks to put in a request. This review isn’t to bash the business this was just my experience.

Go here at your own risk. Nonchalant and uncaring attitude from the staff, especially at the desk, the office staff. Appointments dates are forever changing at the last minute, and somtimes you find out after getting to the office on the day of your appointment. This happened severally with no apology. Very poor service, would only reach someone in the office when they decide to call you, but never when you call because they don’t pick up the phone for hours during office hours. The scarsdale office may treat you better, I guess because of the neighborhood, but coming to the Grand concourse office expect to be treated like second class citizens. When you request to speak to the supervisor, non calls back and when you go in person it makes no difference. Very bad experience. For your child’s braces or family dental care it’s a no no

My daughter was a little nervous at first, but the staff was very kind and helpful. They made her feel comfortable and explained everything in a gentle way. Everyone was friendly and patient. We are really happy with the care she received.

I had an appointment at this place a month ago for a molar extraction, and my insurance covered everything, and they still decided to charge for the anesthesia. After stealing $1,100 from me for the anesthesia, they notified me that the doctor was not there and that I would have to miss the appointment and miss my days off work, which I had already requested. Horrible place, I do not recommend it at all! I am still waiting for my refund.

Very friendly helpful facility. Awesome new clean place to go to. Highly recommended. I come here with my two kids. They are happy and so am I.
